How can I make a reservation or contact you?

To make a booking or get in touch, you have several options. You can use our booking system, which provides live availability, rates, and itineraries. Alternatively, you can fill out our reservations form. We are also accessible through various platforms, or you can make a booking through your host, receptionist, or concierge. Lastly, you have the option to call us via WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Telegram, iMessage.

What type of cruises do you offer?

We offer both private and semi-private day cruises, giving you three options to choose from: a Morning Cruise that runs for 5.5 hours from 10:30 to 16:00, an Evening Cruise that lasts 3 hours from 17:30 to 20:30, and a Full Day option that is available upon request and lasts for 8 hours.

How many guests can participate in the cruise?

For semi-private cruises, we accommodate up to 15 guests, whereas private cruises can host up to 20 guests, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience on the water.

What payment options do you offer?

Our payment options are designed for your convenience; you can pay with a credit card, debit card, via PayPal, or in cash at the boat on the day of the cruise.

Can I reschedule or cancel my cruise?

If you need to reschedule your cruise to a different date, we can accommodate you as long as there is availability. For those needing to cancel, we invite you to visit our cancellation policy for more details.

What happens in the event of bad weather conditions?

In the case of bad weather, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your cruise for a different day or to cancel free of charge, ensuring your safety and satisfaction.

How will I be informed that my booking is confirmed?

Orenda Cruises provides real-time availability. Once you successfully complete a reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to you with all the necessary information regarding your cruise.

I can not find the confirmation email. What should I do?

If you're unable to locate the confirmation email, we recommend checking your Spam and Junk mail folders first. If it's still not found, please contact us directly for assistance, and we'll ensure you have all the information you need.
